An innovative Lean application, thorough and easy to use, letting you improve worstations thanks to the suitable guided observations. Stop wasting your time in report writing and paperwork! From now on, 100% of your time will be devoted to added-value actions: on-the-field presence, dialog with your collaborators and correction of deviations. You will be able to optimize your planned observations, your targeted observations (quality, security, …) and your gemba-walk.
