Easy to use
Being a pet groomer, I know how hectic our lives can be, and I also know how much we need an app such as this one. Pet Grooming Software has made my life a lot easier and has helped me manage my pet grooming business more efficiently than ever before. Whether I want to schedule an appointment, view a past client’s report(s), or edit my client database, this app always comes to my rescue. In addition, not only does Pet Grooming Software have all the tools to help me manage by pet grooming business in an extremely efficient manner, it is also tremendously reliable. During the time that the app has spent in my phone, it has never lagged, never hanged on me, and never caused me any problems.

Hoping
I keep hoping someone will come up with an amazing/ user friendly/ inclusive grooming app. I was hoping this was it, but it's not. There is no "history section" under the dog to store directions from their last haircut. (Actually there isn't even a place to store a dog). You can't store a dog or multiple dogs under a customer. Basically all you can do is put the groomer's name and job and for the customer you can put in their name and contact info, but there is no spot to save a dog under that customer. (Much less multiple dogs). No place to store any dog info like haircut or rabies vaccination date. I am so disappointed...I hope these things (and more) get added in the future...there's always hope, right.
