Can you please bring back the add additional rounds functionality.

Decent but flawed

App is good and truly enjoying certain features don’t work ex when creating own workout u can’t adjust between reps and secs or adjust the amount of time or reps always stay or 30 secs

Good App

Good app that replaced my discontinued Boot Camp app. I like that you can customize the workouts and put time for resting. I wish that the App at the beginning of the workout would call out what exercise you will be doing along with having a display on the screen with the upcoming exercise so you can prepare and transition. Also if you are doing the exercise by time I see useless having to tap when you are done. Once the time is over you should seamlessly continue to the next exercise instead of tapping the done button. Definitely see a lot of potential.

Not very good.

No progressions for any moves. You can customise workouts but you can’t edit them and if you want to do more than one set of an exercise it marries them together. It crashes a lot so you have to restore the purchase every time. I’ve cancelled my subscription. Not expensive but not good value. I suspect that whoever gave this a good write up either hasn’t tried other apps, knows not a lot or has a vested interest.

Great App! But....

I have been using this App for a few days I really love the workouts they give you but, there are only two free workouts for easy, medium and hard. I think that the price for the premium version is a good price compared to all the other work out apps. I am just looking for a little bit more free stuff to do before I take a chance and buy premium. I would recommend this app for all people wanting a really good workout and it has some really cool healthy food options but you still need to have premium to look at most of them. Great app!! But needs more free stuff to get people hooked!!

HARD WORKOUTS

I have been an avid lifter but I haven’t done anything like this since highschool football. Since I had been lifting I thought I was in decent shape. I was completely wrong. I am 29 and out of shape and these workouts let me know it. It’s a good thing though. I can workout from home in 25 minutes or less and with the intensity of the workouts, I know I am going to cut the fat I have and improve my overall endurance, strength, and figure through this app.

Need music plays in the background

I like all the routines work out. I wish they allow me to play my music in the background.

A nice app but lacks some functionality

So I do like the app. It has many great workouts and it lets you build your own workouts. There are tons of workouts to choose from and each contains a description and video.

Now the bad part, when you build a custom workout, there is no way to edit the workout after it is created. You cannot change the reps, exercises, or even move the exercises in a different order. Also there is no way to delete a workout that you create. If the developer would add the ability to edit and delete workouts, I would give this app a 5

Broken rep counting

The app assumes you do one rep per second exactly. Every exercise that counts reps counts seconds instead. Disappointed.
