I give this game 5 stars because it represents perfection to me. We can see the effort and the originality associated to this game. The three-dimensional gameplay is very lucid and satisfying. This game, no, this masterpiece, gives the player a beautiful medal when he progresses. This urges the player to continue playing this beautiful game. The background is very enjoyable to see because we can see how the creator used many contrasts to catch the eye and the idea is very thoughtful. When the player dies, we can see a beautiful animation of the bird falling to the ground, devoid of life. What is beautiful about it is the little x symbols on the eyes of the bird. This proves to the humanity and the world that the bird is dead and it proves that death is a part of the life cycle. This game tells us we should accept and not fear death. I also found very realistic the perseverance of the bird. We can see the beautiful creature is getting through the tunnel with no goals in particular. We can see it moves in a very irregular pattern and seems to feel great pain. That very well represents and expresses the fact that people persevere and continue to progress in life. People do so even when they are confused about their future, even when they are not feeling well. This game represents in many aspects and forms the complexity of human and life philosophy. I want to express my feelings about the title of this game: « OK! Bird ». As we can see, this title confuses the brain by making us think the bird will get across obstacles with ease. However, when you start exploring the game, you can see that the bird is not okay and is pulling through his hardships with great difficulty. This is a very good addition to the game because it refers to how life seems very promising at first, but then we see that life can be very hard and can pull away our confort and easiness at any moment. To conclude, I would like to personally thank and salute the creator of this game and his efforts. He made me live a great experience that I will never forget even on my deathbed and made me see the true meaning of humanity. For all the reasons listed above, I rate this game 5 stars.
