Interesting story line, nice graphics. Item description too small to read and items sometimes difficult to put into inventory. Did not enjoy the puzzles in this game perhaps because it was hard to move smaller pieces around on the iphone4s

I've done four Big Fish hidden object/strategy/fantasy games like this and enjoyed this one very much. Absolutely worth the introductory sale price of $1.99. I did occasionally get stuck when I had no idea how to assemble things in my inventory. I am a fan of Big Fish graphics which are stunning. They ought to hire a proofreader to put the game into standard written English, but that is true of all games.

Won't load
So annoying! After I hit "play" it just stays at the "loading" screen and won't go to the actual game.
I was looking forward to game
It does actually zoom, but is so glitchy that it only works a cpl times. The items were to hard to pick up but the story seemed very cool😞 please fix it so we can play it!
Unable to reload game if you exit and other issues...
This could be a very good game with some great puzzlers and up there with some of the better ones of this type.
HOWEVER....
If you exit the main game and try to return, none of your progress is saved and you're left staring at a "loading" screen. I'd just popped into the Achievements section to check what I needed to do for each one. When I returned, well, like I said, I couldn't.
I liked the game enough to start again. HOWEVER....
Later in the game a portal opens up after a mirror breaks and I didn't enter straight away but went back to a previous screen first. When I returned to the portal, it was no longer there... At this stage I could exit the game and return with my progress saved but the portal still isn't there. So I can't finish the game. It's too far in for me to start AGAIN!
Please fix these issues or refund. Not happy.

Won't load
After purchasing the game I played a bit more, and then stopped. The next time I went in to try to play the game and hit "play" the loading screen just hung. I've restarted three times and continue to get the same response.
Disappointing purchase
After playing the free version I decided it warranted a small purchase.... Played well, visuals good & overall all good quality.
Sadly, I then logged out shortly after. When I tried to get back in about 15 mins later to resume the game, I was presented with the load screen for 25 mins!! I tried a couple of times again... Then I gave up & read the help section of app support. I've done the few things recommended (other than reinstallation - as it completely removes any progress) and still just keep getting the black screen with 'loading' on it. Not even the load rotation circle moves so there's clearly a bug. Irritated. Want my money back.
