Amateurish interface. Works if it’s for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house.
The default list, for example, if it comes with 1-2 check boxes, boxes cannot be added to or subtracted from. You can customize labels.
The budget and contact list is extremely basic. Does not allow for unique entries.

Not quite what I wanted
This app has daily, weekly, and monthly lists but does not allow you to decide which category a chore falls into. For instance, according to the designer we must wipe up refrigerator spills on a weekly basis even if we prefer to do it immediately. That said it does have a fairly comprehensive list of chores though I would like to add a few.
