This app is very well constructed and the layout and interface are the best I've encountered. However, the explanations are terrible and contain very little (almost zero) real information. In this sense, the app is relatively useless. It's okay for a portable question practice but without good explanations the learning experience is extremely limited. To the developers: A proper explanation explains why the correct answer is correct, describes what makes incorrect answers incorrect, and gives any other pertinent information. Fix this and you'll greatly improve this app. For examples of great questions/explanations, consult Laura Gasparis' CCRN practice book, the gold standard of CCRN prep. Thanks!
