Awful app, wish I didn't have to use it
Our dog walker (who asked us to get the app) is amazing and the only reason we continue to use the app.
Bookings are a nightmare to manage. If you book a recurring booking it will book for a month, then automatically book for the next month without warning. To cancel you have to cancel individual bookings. Not practical at all.
Notifications are badly organised, spelling mistakes everywhere. Completely unprofessional. As a software developer I think it's absurd dogiz think this app is ready for public use!Show lessunhappy dogiz user

Having put up with this app for over a year I will now close my account. The app is clunky, lacks features and has caused fraud blocks on my bank account by trying to bill my payment card multiple times per day. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Avoid if you can.busby5698
