So many issues
So many issues with this app and scales. I noticed there hasn’t been an update in 2 years and there’s no developer privacy policy. Being all in Chinese, that’s a bit of a worry 😐 Clearly no concern after development about how accurately the app actually works.
App Will not connect to scales
I have had these scales for the last 6 months and was very happy with info it provided on the app. There was a app update and now it will not connect to the scales, this is now useless, if does not connect via Bluetooth on a iPhone 5 or 10. Software programmer , get your act together and fix the issue

Not great all.
The app doesn’t show correct readings for where you sit such as ideal, overweight etc. you can be sitting under a good bmi but it labels it as overweight 🤷🏻♀️ doesn’t seem that hard. Not to mention to grammar errors 🤦🏻♀️
Lots of bugs
I found that I sometimes have to weigh myself two or three times before it actually records my weight. Connected to scale — Please board now — records weight as 0.00 — exit app — open app and try again (2x or 3x until it records). Also, I connected it to my Fitbit and synced maybe the first two times then just stopped. Been trying to reconnect it but now I just have to record manually. That was kind of the main reason I bought this scale, but oh well. It’s useful but so many bugs.

Not accurate
This app needs to improve a lot in order to be more accurate. Any fluctuation to the weight does not record on 1st try and prompting you to add a new profile.
Good app
Some reviews are bad just because they don’t know how to use this app. Actually it is useful and helps me to understand my body a lot.

My wife and I use it every day to monitor and maintain our fitness. Very happy with it.

So far so good but wondering why it doesn’t measure or show results (other than BMI) for my 10yo & 7yo?
A horrible app
I just cannot register for a new account. What is the point of using this app with the scale?!? Then one of the option to log in through another platform apart from facebook and twitter is all in chinese.... 😐
