We took the Medici tour and found it very engaging as he walks you round the streets he walked and explains his motives behind various buildings he had constructed. The voice acting was especially good. The app also works well, with no bugs during our time using it.harvmeister

Amazingly well made app which is both a fun and hugely informative way to discover the lives of real people who inhabited Renaissance Florence. I especially enjoyed the ‘crime and punishment’ and ‘master of Florence’ walk which show you tiny fragments of the past hidden on busy tourist streets in the centre. Amazing way to visit the city!
We visited Florence with teenagers and we loved going round as a group, following Giovanni first and then the famous Cosimo. The stories are great - you visit new places and get to see known ones from a new perspective- history but fun!! We’re regular visitors to Florence and this have us a brand new experience. Really discover the city
We'd been in Florence for a few days before following the app's walks. It made me look at the city in an entirely different way! The way the stories are told are very engaging and getting you to look at small details makes you notice them elsewhere. A very informative app giving in-depth information on a limited number of sites. This is useful not just for the visitor to Florence but, even more so, for the student of the Renaissance, sitting in his or her armchair, who wants to learn more about the culture and day-to-day life in the greatest citiy of the Quattrocento.
