You will find E-Standards of EU - food supplements labeled with numbers that are tested for safety and are authorized in the European Union. Some numbers, however, were subsequently banned in EU. Information is updated at the end of 2019 and will be updated at least once a month, adding or changing codes, descriptions, prohibitions, etc. The search is easy and fast; can be done as numbers or part numbers (code) of the additive and the name or part of its name. If you come across an unfamiliar E-code label on food or drink using this app for a few seconds, you can find out what is behind this code and whether it is harmful or contraindicated for you or your loved ones. It also provides brief information for people who are allergic to understand whether these supplements affect them.

I have tried to give a brief and clear explanation of what are the main differences between food allergies and food intolerances - two different states with very different reasons, but with so close symptoms. You will also find a brief but useful information about enzymes - what they are, what is their role in our body, etc. Furthermore, I provided a brief guided tour of how enzymes help how people with an allergy or intolerance could make your life easier. Of course, I only give direction and hope, the rest will get from your doctor or other healthcare professional.
