Hi, we're sorry you lost your log data when this review was posted. An update was released earlier this year that now allows Worker Log data to be stored in the cloud and transferred across devices. Please give that a try if you have not already!
Needs more improvement
I totally agree that the app needs more work. It crashes and is takes a lot off time just to log simple information. Please, make it better since next year 2017 you are not longer are going to provide log books anymore

Waste of time & memory for the phone. Serves no purpose out in the field, and when you do get it to work.... It sends you to our international website, which makes this app pointless.
Almost useful
Both the Incident Response and Foreman's Pocket Guide are not accessible through the app. There's also no way to get help if you forget your username and password. Took me for ever to figure it out.
