New physics: DRAFTING! Based on research papers on drafting to reduce drag, we now have lower drag behind other cars... time to slingshot! Now here is where things gets interesting: Drafting also reduces the drag of the car in FRONT as long as the cars are very close, so you can also get a push by having someone tailgating you, as you ride their bow wave! Drag reduction can be up to 30% by drafting the guy in front, and up to 40% by riding the bow wave of the guy behind you... but the cars must be VERY close for this bow wave effect to happen! Can you use this drag reduction to get faster lap times? Physics-tweak: Car moments of inertia are a bit refined to be a bit more accurate... this reduces tumble rates after accidents as well. Bug-fix: Post-race on-screen score now shows the score you just got on that lap, not your current BEST score! This lets you see if you just set a personal record the moment you cross the line. BEST score remains displayed on the mission cards as always.

OK this is a minor update: Just a bit more terrain detail, and also more other cars on the track. The other cars on the track may slow you down a bit if your driving is good enough, but the nitro now boosts your power by 100%, not 75%, so you may still be able to press your lap times down if you can handle the other cars and the additional power! Full-screen iPhoneX support, with a bug-fix from the previous version that sometimes used portrait mode.

Now with support for Google Cardboard! (Recommended for iPhone6+, which fills the headset perfectly) Despite the silly name, Google Cardboard lets you get a little peek at what the Oculus Rift is going to be like when it launches... but at a very low cost that you can experiment with now, right on your iPhone! Get a Google Cardboard headset here: https://www.google.com/get/cardboard/get-cardboard/ ...and then just drop your iPhone into the headset and you have a 3-D VR racing sim! Tilt your head forwards for gas, back for brake, and left and right to steer. And, if you get Stradale-IO from Stradale.net, and run it on a desktop Mac, then you can use your joystick or racing wheel to drive, and tilt your head to look around the virtual 3-D world as you drive in it! Since the Google Cardboard headset has a pair of 45-mm bi-convex lenses (one per eye), and Stradale renders the view for each one of your eyes into the appropriate lens, your eyes are getting the exact same information that they would if the world you were racing in was real… and 3-D. The virtual world you are driving in actually looks BIG. You simply cannot believe that a world that BIG could fit on a phone that SMALL! This is a little peak at the next generation of VR, without having to wait for the Oculus Rift. Also, the App is now $1.99 and include all the cars and tracks... no need to mess around with In-App purchase any more, starting with this version. Stradale.net for more info!

Slightly higher target times in same cases. The target times were too hard to hit in some tracks in previous versions. You can add parking lots in the track editor now, and they will be auto-filled with cars and the like.

More cars on the track, because fun! These are AI cars that drive according to what is going on... not blindly following some replay! The physics of collisions, and their reaction to your attempt to run them off the track, are all constantly updated according to physics! Also we have slightly higher frame-rate, and 64-bit compatibility.

Other cars (with shadows, as your car has now as well). The other cars MIGHT even drive the track in the same direction as you! Multiplayer improvements as well: You can now drive the traditionally solo missions with a multiplayer if desired. Higher frame-rate, too, so you can get smoother animation even on older devices. Less memory use, as well, so you can drive longer at higher rendering settings even on older devices.
