    A great credit union
  • Love app but there could be improvements

    I love the ease. I love that it’s all on my time. I love that it has a widget for my phone so I can see my account balance on my Home Screen. I love I can transfer between accounts without using that stupid automatic call system Cora I think they call it. I love everything except I wish that I could make a loan payment in addition to the auto payment that’s with drawn I’d love to be able to pay something off or make a partial payment to lessen the next payment of possible cause other wise I tend to forget what the money is for and spend it cause I’m a terribly forgetful person. But to me it’s the only flaw.

  • Took awhile

    It took several months to start using the app. I have always enjoyed working with the customer service staff. They have been wonderful. Many things I needed to do with them can be done on the app in my time, not just business hours. That is what makes the app work for me.

  • Morgage portion on app

    A person should be allowed to make the dollar amount to what amount that person wants not a exact amount or a going to premium amount. A fill in the dollar amount.
  • A good place to keep my tiny bit of money

    This is a awesome credit union though i dont have much money they are still great people and the branch i visit is very awesome because there i am known by name not a number which has won me over :-) thank you nfcu

    This new digital platform is great, not just for members, but for those of us who have several company accounts to manage as well. I can easily navigate to my personal banking too.
  • USELESS CLOUDFLARE GEOLOCKING MEANS NO ACCESS!

    Well, another update means total access shutoff.
    App and Online Banking on the internet is now blocked for anybody outside the USA.
    Great xenophobic, provincial attitude I’ve come to realize exists from those in the Northeast Michigan Region. How ironic what once was “WURTSMITH” Area FCU blocks access to customers that have been with them since 1979 just because they travel or reside outside the USA. Can’t access anything from outside the USA and now any linked third party apps require verification of the “NORTHLAND” FCU every time you open them to update balances. I shudder to think how they Foxtrot-Unioned the Quicken interface.
    Notified them immediately and they’ve jerked me off since. On the CLOUDFLARE site it tells you (the provider) how to fix this. Why don’t you do it?

  • Good format change

    I’m pleased with the updated mobile app. I’m able to do services that were not available on previous format, ex:purchase CD’s, deposit checks. It makes traveling a lot easier with these updates.
