I paid the fee to unlock everything and after they took my money everything stayed locked!
they don’t answer email or anything so I basically got ripped off. There is no where that says restore purchase either, so they basically just took my money.
not sure why they would just rip people off. I’m surprise Apple doesn’t do something about it.
