This app combines a great savings account at 8%, and very nice vacation homes in the bahamas. Easy to buy and I can transfer money to others.

I was influenced by a friend who has always loved network marketing, good and bad. He continues to enjoy it with a good healthful products company, in his senior age years. 8ghtx, when "ResClub" & using network marketing to bolster it's resort development, had a pretty good sales approach to the average person: you can partake of these investments, formerly available only to wealthier investors with high returns. I knew they were not without risk, but involved within the company was a friend my friend looked up to. Then there was the assurance of an English billionaire that he had put up a $250,000,000 line of credit to cover any shortfalls. Of course, the actual wording that I have attempted to cover with "shortfall" maybe leaves we small investors out. Nevertheless, I too received my last quarter investment return in 8ghtx and then via wire transfer about 2/9/2024 it showed the money minus costs incurred went out to my bank account...but ever since it has been stuck on pending and never reached my bank account. Does that mean they eventually plan to pay us? Or are we ripped off as some commenters clearly feel we have been? They have shown terrible customer service in not returning my calls or emails as well. Obviously, they have already betrayed some investors in denying timely returns and worst of all, not paying at least the other commenters and myself who are due our entire investment back. In spite of this my friend elected to place his returns back into investments. He had about $10,000 invested in the company too. I will have him follow up for me. Obviously, some investors actually own real estate in their investments. As a money investor only, I haven't given up yet getting something back. I plan to follow up with a future comment.
