Exactly what I needed
I always thought I could change in 2-3 weeks.. this app helped me realized that I needed to truly commit for a longer period of time. I’ve heard of the 75 hard but I thought it was a bit to unrealistic for a busy entrepreneur… this framework is just perfect. Definitely wasn’t comfortable but the app makes it easy to follow
