A perfect example of a miserably poor app
This app was never good. Makes one wonder why this was made. Has a list of useless things in the menu, mostly useless stuff. Doesn’t use a fingerprint to unlock. Think of the HDFC Bank app without fingerprint unlock. And this review is for what it was 10 months back.
Now it just shows the opening/splash screen and closes.
Nothing happens.
So there it is. A product to match their services.
Update-
For everyone who also uses HDFC SL as an investment tool in addition to life cover.
HDFC shows fund value, but nobody in their organisation hasn’t had the gumption to also show total total receipts by HDFC in the manner of premiums. Which would actually let their clients know if their fund value has exceeded their total premium paid as on a certain date.
As usual HDFC doesn’t fail to disappoint.

Never able to login
Whenever I tried to login always facing issue like either the app get crashed out or get invalid credentials error. Where’s with same credentials I am able to login on browser.bijayk

Downloaded the app, tried to Sign In with my Client Id and password, click go and the app crashes.
Should be removed from the App Store if not fixed. I will try again in a month.Xe man
