Awesome understanding of balance
Using it for more solid iron shots has been HUGE! When I felt like my weight was to the left as I'm in the impact position I found out that it really wasn't. Only about 50% was. Needs to be more like 70% or more as most tour guys are. It help me understand what getting through the golf shot really felt like. After working with the foot pads My divots went from behind the ball or on the ball to on the target side of the golf ball on average of 1 to 2 inches every time. Understanding how my feet work from the ground up has helped immensely. Would recommend to everyone trying to get better.
