So frustrating that the subscription doesn’t work. I keep trying to restore and keeps saying there was no purchase done. I have tried delete and download again, but nothing works. So annoying, DO BETTER! My autistic son unfortunately loves this app and keeps downloading it, so he gets mad because he doesn’t understand why it doesn’t work. FIX IT!!

You can find your In-app purchase history from your App Store account information.
Please proceed as below to restore your purchase;
1) Sign in with your existing App Store account
2) Re-install the app
3) Touch the [Restore Purchase] button at the top right corner on the app screen.
Your existing purchases will be then restored!
※ We recommend that you to try after 3 to 6 hours from you log-in to your App Store account.
※ When your purchase is not still restored, please make sure if you logged-in to the same App Store account or if you are in the same App Market.
