Has functions that don’t work.
The app has a way to add a credit card to make your payments. The app also has a way to update or change your payment card. This route doesn’t work. I called in and spoke with a representative and was told you have to go to the website in order to update or change your payment. Why have the option displayed on the app if it doesn’t work?

This app cost me money in fees
I have used your iOS app for years to pay my bill with no problems, until I changed banks.
The only way to update banking information on the app is during the payment process, but the update fails.
I selected “update/add a new payment method”. On the next screen, I deleted my old bank account information and entered my new bank account information, and proceeded to make my payment.
Rather than saving my new information, the App reverted to my old bank account.
Now I have a returned payment fee and a late fee added to my electric bill which is still outstanding and now overdue.
Furthermore, when I clickthe “app support“ link in the App Store, it takes me to your website and says “page not found“.
This is unacceptable. I did what I was supposed to do, and followed the directions in your app to make my payment on time. The right thing to do on your part is to waive those fees and assist me in updating my banking information. You need to either pay developers to fix the iOS app so payment

Credit info
The app is good and I would have given it a higher rating but the only thing I don’t like it doesn’t keep your credit card info and you have to always put that info in when paying your bill.
Very mediocre app.
Need to incorporate the option to set up auto draft I was informed by the district office that there was a firm that I could download an print then mail it in for them to set it up, but there was not such thing in the app.
In addition, it doesn’t have the capability to update a credit card on file which has expired.

Outages
After an outage has been repaired the alert does not go away. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times and I am still having the same issue.
Fix links
Can’t auto pay. Can’t change card info. Have to type full credit card info every time. Has place for both of these options but both do not work.
Card info
Need to make it so you have option to save bank card information. So you don’t have to enter it every time. Or make it so it can link to Apple Pay.
