Content can’t be transferred to new device???

When I got my iPhone last year (2021) and re-downloaded the app; It was not working and I have been asked to buy the new version 6e (pay again)!!
When I contacted the support service “Unbound” I got the same response!
If there is less than a star ….
Best EMS app. 5 stars for sure.
