Doesn’t open as of 8/15/24.
App was fine up until today, rebooted phone, same result. Splash screen of app has infinite dialog spinner with “Loading” text underneath. Can’t get access to money.
Extremely frustrating app and website
I opened a republic bank account because of the great high yield savings option. The app and general user interface on the website is so bad it honestly feels like the bank is fake and this whole thing is a scam. I was locked out for weeks, finally got in, and now my linked bank account is missing and there’s no way to add it back, meaning I can’t pull out or add any money. It’s super ridiculous and I just want them to hire better web designers. I dread having to use this app which is really unfortunate because it’s where a lot of my money is.

Trying to log on with credentials but says invalid username and Pw . But tried with same credentials at web online it logged in.

Easy to use app, wonderful easy going people working at the branch locations. I moved from Chicago but I still choose to bank with Republic Bank over others.

Finally.... again
After the September 2017 update, I was unable to use this app on iPhone 8+. Kept saying “device not a phone” error or something like that. It Worked on iPad no problem.
Finally, with the 6/28/18 update, it works on iPhone 8 again, BUT I had to delete and re-install it.
Now I can start using my Republic account again! (was actually a pleasant surprise to see how much I’d left in there since I quit using the account when the app quit working in 2017 :)
