Ok so I played this game when I was little and I loved it bc I always thought it was rlly creepy

Great fun!

My boys love this and always love the page where they feed the monkey some bananas most of all, especially when he slips over. :-)
Tip:
You can jump from the menu to your favourite scene by just clicking the left icon on the bottom and choose the scene you want to go to. :-)

Jenny Smith’s Hat Monkey review

Hat monkey is very cute! I loved having fun with him.
My favourite bit was the bit when Monkey was reading Oh No George!

Response from developer

Thanks for your review! Good when you like it :) that was our goal

Meh. Wish I could get my money back.

This app is cute enough but offers shockingly little for its $2.99 price. The best Fox & Sheep apps are only $1.99 so I was very disappointed to see that my daughter had seen everything and was bored after less than 10 minutes. With no voice over children who can't read don't know they are being instructed to do, and even with my help it just didn't hold their interest. Can I get my money back please? :(

Response from developer

Oh no sorry that you didn't like it. The App is also working without text and voice overs, because the monkey gives hints and points at areas where your child should click.

We ❤️Monkeys!

Fun stuff!

Crashes

Continually crashes on iPad, waste of money.

Response from developer

The crashes are fixed inbetween, maybe you want to try it out and if it works better, then maybe you can change your rating, that would make us very happy. Thank you :)

Love the giggles

I downloaded this app a long time ago and it has been a hit with my two year old son for months. He loves the hide and seek game, feeding the monkey bananas, and giving the monkey a high five. The whole time he has this app on, he just giggles nonstop. My only issues are: there is a bit of reading for a child under five so that they know what to do with each stage (this could easily be fixed by adding a VoiceOver option). It is easy to click over to the next stage accidentally. Some of the stages, like sending a text, seem to go over his head. I'm sure that will change as he gets older, though. Overall I'm glad I downloaded this app!

Great conversation starter

This is darling. There's so much to talk about if an adult and child do this together (e.g., where do you think the monkey will hide next?). Great that it can be used with so many languages, too - I will be able to use it in my work with young children.

Compared with Nighty Night?

Purchased this having got their Nighty Night, Circus and Little Builders. All brilliant graphics and fun to play. I should have paid more attention to the graphics shown rather than the previous reviews, my fault. Limited play, grandson soon lost interest. Disappointing.

Response from developer

Hi, thank you for your review. This app is targeted to even younger children, that want to interact but can't handle bigger games already. In addition in this agegroup the children are very different in what they want and what they don't want. So we keep trying, but can't always fill everyones needs.

Poor app

This is another Fox and Sheep app that just isn’t up to par with the standards of their older apps. Nighty Night and Little Fox Music Box (plus the Petting Zoo app) all shine with beautiful artwork and rich user experiences. This app is just terrible, and I regret purchasing it. My little one of 3 years had very little interest, and there’s very little it does, with no room to “think outside the box”, just rote repetitive minimal interactions (coupled with simplistic, garish artwork).

Response from developer

Sorry, we can't always fulfill every kids needs. So we make different apps to represent different kids likings. Maybe that wasn't the right for your little one, but thats fine. Maybe some of our other apps fits better, ever if your little one gets older.
