Comprehensive
The Real Clear Daf app by Rabbi Wise has been very helpful in my study and review of the Gemara. The app is well organized, comprehensive and has improved my understanding dramatically.
It’s great for when I’m on the go, in the car, or at home to review. Going through the Daf without much side stories helps keep my mind focused on the learning at hand.

Real Clear Daf is phenomenal
I've struggled learning Gemara. Baruch HaShem I found Clear Daf. I began Gemara Rosh Hashanah & got hooked. The shiurim are great & break down the Daf in a tangible way. The Rabbi's voice has four speeds & a yellow pointer to make following along easy. The whole CHAS is available! I believe Real Clear Daf is great for beginners to Talmidchamim.Show lessMordy Kirsch

Rabbi Shmuel Wise’s Daf Yomi shiur is the highlight of my day.
He’s fast paced and speaks clearly. Learning with him is simply a pleasure.
The app is great, I like to keep it open while I study from a physical Gemara, but the text highlighting is super useful and keeps me from getting distracted.

I am filling out this review after speaking with R Shmuel Wise. I emailed him now due to a technical glitch regarding the app and was amazed that he called me within minutes and helped me troubleshoot the problem. We started speaking and R Wise asked me to share publicly the reflections I shared with him privately in order to help others benefit from the app as I have, which of course is the least I can do to show my gratitude for all I have received from this app.
I spent the past three years in Harvard Law School and RCD was my companion during exercise and commutes every morning. The shiurim reliably kickstarted my learning each day and helped me ensure that no matter how busy I got, I was always connecting to dvar Hashem - and to klal Yisrael. The clarity and concision of R Wise’s presentation were invaluable during this period. I gained so much from this app and am always recommending it highly to anybody who asks (and many who do not).

The Gemara given over is crystal clear and a joy to listen to.
They recently added a new feature that highlights the place in the Gemara so it’s great for following along or for jumping in middle of a daf.Spytan
