Nice app but..
It’s well designed but as many have said it’s a bit difficult to navigate if you’re new to the Dutch language. No English setting so you might be better off shopping in chrome if you need English.Sunflower_hearts
Bad service!
I ordered a package and had to wait for 2 weeks! And it was supposed to come yesterday but it had to be postponed today! And especially I had to wait 2 weeks! Do not buy from bol.com it is a scam 😡Mrs DNW

Great app, but no English language support!
I’m studying abroad in the Netherlands and downloaded this app to order something online. The App Store advertises that it has English language support, but the app itself says otherwise! In the settings, only Netherlands Dutch, Belgian Dutch, and Belgian French are listed as options.
English support would be very nice for those of us visiting who struggle to decipher a new language.Show lessSearingTea42
Nice but
It interferes with external opening of Bol links, for example I wanted to download an ebook and it constantly sent me to the app and kept having an error, so I removed the app and the webpage opened instead and worked fine. Wish there was a way to not let apps auto open links, it’s a pain because it never works right.Show lessBonnie Gruesome
Notificaties spontaan opnieuw aan.
Wanneer ik notificaties voor reclame en dergelijke onzin uitzet in de instellingen van de app, dan wil ik dat ze uit blijven! Niet dat wanneer ik de app opnieuw opstart deze opties weer zijn ingeschakeld en ik vervolgens wordt doodgegooid met achterlijke meldingen op mijn telefoon.pdezwart
