Sincerely best of all the ticketing apps I've used. And passbook feature is nicely done. Neat experience overall. On the to be improved side, it loads very slow during peak times due to the heavy UI involved. Look forward to the improvements.RagSandy
Poor server maintenance
Poor servers used... Servers not able to balance more users and crashes... Use different servers to host website for chennai and coimbatore users... Not able to book tickets for special films as the app or server does not respondNav....

Impressed with passbook feature
Good job done. Hassle free ticket booking. Have been using it for a while every weekend to book the tickets and no crashes so far. Impressed with the recent update of adding tickets to passbook which prevents me to search my mssgs for tickets. The app has the authentic Satyam cinemas quality !!SunilBasha
