Don’t waste your time or money on the Cloud version
I’m an independent contractor who does purchasing and travels to multiple clients in a day. I’ve been using the TimeTrack Pro version on my iOS devices and, despite a few bugs, was happy with it.
I was intrigued by the idea that I could track a client from either my cell phone, iPad or make entries on my desktop. I signed up for the 14 day trial of the Cloud App and the nightmare started there. I was sent no information on how to access the desktop app with my confirmation, had to send multiple emails to support which took 3-4 days to get a response. So, I wasted the first 3 days of my trial trying to find out how to get access to the desktop/web app for tracking my clients time and expenses.
When I finally got access and started to enter my expenses for my clients, I was stunned at the clunkiness of the web app, the redundancy in the process of entering the expenses, the lack of common sense in the drop downs and time entries for the receipts. All in all, it took almost 3 hours to figure out how to make the entries go smooth, add receipts and create invoices for two clients.
After three hours, I finished my entries, created my invoices and went to print/email the PDFs only to discover that receipts for the expenses entered in the cloud app, will not print with the invoice. I’ve sent 5 emails to support and it’s been close to 48 hours and I haven’t heard a word. My clients are expecting their invoices and I can’t print them. The three hours I spent was a total waste of time and all the receipts will now have to be re-entered to get them to print with the invoice.
The cloud version is truly in a beta stage and is not ready to be live or charged for if they cannot provide reasonable support times and make their app function as expected based on the functionality of the iOS apps.

Great tool to track my time
I have been using TimeTrack for the past 6 months and it is great. I track my time and rates and can easily look at the totals for the week and identify gaps.
Great for contract workers
I got this to track a piece of work I was doing for a short time and it has been invaluable when it came time to invoice as I bill in hours and minutes. I can provide all the detail my client requires straight from the App. and can, if requested, provide back-up detail. The free version was sufficient for this project but I would have no hesitation in upgrading should I get any follow up work as I have almost used up my free task use. Highly recommend.

Ease of use with sophisticated approach
I've tried several time monitoring apps for segregating my hours into different aspects of "work" and converting into value. I've been freelance for over twenty years and frequently have lost track of my time on projects for other people who don't compensate fairly to begin with. I have also been looking for a way to show how much time has been allotted to certain time-sucking tasks that are losses to my small business. So I need overlap and flexibility, easy way to log in and not intrusive fields to fill out for my ultimate customization.
So far so good. If I keep for a month, it works. Plus, love the color options and font! Aesthetically better than the other apps. That makes me more likely to remember to use it for clocking in, and that's sort of an issue for me-remembering click in check out.

Excellent App and Great Support
The time track app is easy to use. The process flows fluently for the user and functions as designed.
I’m currently using the free version had an issue with the date configuration not displaying as I thought. Emailed support and provide them and overview with the output on my date formatting.
Thought it would take some time to hear back from support after sending my email, however was delightfully surprised to receive a response within 10 minutes, with the correct solution. (It was my error in formatting the date not using mixed case).
The response time of their support team was excellent. I was able to validate and sent my invoice out within seconds. This is what I call service as well as a quality application that functions as designed.
Makes my life less stressful and simpler keeping on target with my invoices and receiving payments.
If you require a time tracking app with mobile or on the go invoicing. I would highly recommend the TimeTrack app as it’s an excellent tool for anyone, especially if you’re an independent contractor like me.
