A sad rehashed attempt
This app is unrecognizable from it’s original rendition, Battleship Craft. The developer has obtusely removed and implemented features from the core game to either improve the game but ultimately it diminish it entirely. For example in the original app Battleship craft they had gunnery missions that was basically you being inside a turret and shooting at targets, earning medals and gold to build your ships and then tackle the AI ships. In Warship Craft however, you are thrown straight into the AI ship battles with no medals and with no medals means no accuracy. The AI however has pinpoint precise accuracy so to go up close and compensate for the 0 accuracy that you start off with, the AI retroactively punishes you by firing all it’s guns. I’ve attempted to pass the first mission multiple times, a task that I could have done easily enough in Battleship Craft because I had done the gunnery missions and had a few medals. Lore wise I had gotten the accuracy from said missions, missions that warshipcraft removed whether to improve on the gameplay or to funnel people faster into paying money to buy crystals for better weapons/tech. Overall the app hasn’t improved on it’s predecessor, and is if anything more than a zombified reanimation of it’s former self.Show lessZecit
Got great ideas for you!
Everything about this game is great, but I’d be so happy if you took my suggestions.
1. I noticed that some paints had labels specifying Its material, like “wooden deck” so I thought that it’d be cool to give it a plank texture or something, and the same for everything else.
2. I always played this game, and at some point, I wish I could get something that was way to expensive to grind for. So I thought that you could make some mode where everything was free so I could make whatever I want, I know that that’s probably not possible, but maybe you could buy that mode for like 15$ or something like that for only 10% of gold costs when you purchase items.
(Sorry if I’m writing a lot, I just have so many ideas!)
3. I thought it’d be cool to be able to make your own weapons or something like that and use it and share it on the internet! It probably would be buyable for like 100,000 gold per saved weapon and would give it a cost given in gold or crystals by the game, and when you share it, 5% of the gold spent by each person other than yourself, will go to the player own the design.
These are just my thoughts on how the game could improve and I know it might not be possible, but it would be amazing if I had an influence on one of my favorite games!!!Show lessOutDatedCurse15
A veteran’s review
Hi, ive been playing this game since the days of battleship craft (the original)
Overall? This is a great game and is very fun to mess around with. Now im not gonna type out a 5 paragraph essay so ima cut to the chase.
I gave this 4 stars for two reasons. First, grinding. At low levels griding for gear is hard. Very hard. Maybe make it a bit easier when you start to get stuff because i see large grinds off the bat as a major turn off.
Second, torpedoes. Im just gonna say. What, the hell, did you do, with torpedoes? The tripple 610 torpedo tube obviously has a turret at the bottom, but cant turn? Same with the oxygen torpedo tubes? What?? Why cant they turn? In real life torpedo tubes can turn. Even in ww2! So why not here? Destroyers just cant exist because of this! If you want a semi realistic model then your torpedos are useless! With a tiny firing cone directly ahead how are you supposed to hit stuff with em!? Please make oxygen torpedo tubes, tripple torpedo tubes, and the 530mm torpedo tube and any torpedo tube with an obvious turret ring, be able to turn like a gun. Thanks for your time!

Money
I absolutely love this game for the fact it lets you build whatever you desire, however a few complaints. It seems as the game hasn’t been updated in a very long time, also multiplayer takes a long time to even find a player which is almost never. I would like if there was an option to use more than one of your ships as it could make actual navy battles. My biggest want is to lower the prices of guns and aircraft because it is almost impossible to buy one of any without paying unless you play the levels over and over hours on end. I think 50,000 gold for a plane is kinda excessive. Anyhow I love this game and hope that someone will see this and take the time to help make the game better.Show lessA random named Matt
Good, fun, but minor issues
Once you give it enough time, the game is very fun. However, there are some issues that make it not fun:
1. At the beginning, your ship is barely strong enough to beat the AI
2. The controls are slightly unintuitive
- You have to drag many things, and tap a lot and pinch around a lot to play
- Steering has no "reset" function
Edit: there is, but you have to read the update notes to figure it out.
3. The AI has hypetjets on it but the players have cuisinarts instead
- When firing missiles / approaching enemy ships, they seem to accelerate from 20 knots to like 200 knots...
4. Game mechanics are not explained well
- If you get hit, you lose speed and steering goes nuts
- Missiles, airplanes, and AA do stuff automatically.
- You can shoot planes with normal guns.
5. There is a limit to how many blocks you can use on your ship.
6. Torpedos are useless.
7. Sinking effects are strange.
- even if it's just a little of the bow showing, or bouncing up and down, you have to deplete it's hp to sink. (Sometimes if it flips download quickly, it will sink without removing all hp)Show lesstheusafmc
New ideas
Personally i love the game though i wish a few things could be changed and added. The vls tomahawks are good but the amount of times they miss what i want them to hit is countless could you please add a targetting systems for misiles. And a suggestion for an upcoming update could be the idea of design your own planes for aircraft carriers where you can design one from scratch but the more you put on it the more expensive it get and the bigger its gets. Also can you add a button that just launches every plane automatically because it’s annoying having to tap so many times to launch my planes. I have a few problems but this game is the best
Hey I just have a few problems. One is that there is no way to get crystals without using real money, and in almost every game, there is a way to get gems, crystals, and other special currency. I recommend that you either give a weekly or monthly reward a crystals because I tired of seeing my huge amount of sopwith pups being shot down by the standard airbase. Second the Ballard is kinda running slow a takes 1/2-1 minutes to load and is really slow. Third is that cruise middles sometimes miss the target like the multistage or the standard airbases. Plz fix these and make a way to get free crystals like battleship craft’s birthday reward. I rate this game five stars, it’s my favorite game and I play it all the time!!! Good luck and I hope you can make more updates in the future!!! (Edit as this was written a long time ago): I have been playing and the game is really good. I’ve been enjoying the updates but you need to update slightly more. And so I have a problem. I built a huge ship and turning it only goes to the side, not even turn, just to the side. Can you fix that physics law to fix the issue. Even tho this game has a few issues. I still rate five stars as this has been my fave game since battleship craft came out several years ago. A fun game
First of all, I really enjoy this game. It is nice to be able to build your own ships and battle with other players. However, this game hasn’t been updated in quite a while. If it does happen to get updated, I think a few things would be nice to add. First, a better multiplayer system. It takes forever to be matched with another player. Second, a user-created level system. This would allow players to create their own missions, and even publish them, but for a small fee. Third, a co-op mode. It would be awesome to do missions where you and a couple of other players can play missions together. These missions would be harder to complete, but have a bigger payout. Fourth, a fleet-battle system. When playing online, you can select an option to do a fleet battle, where you and your opponent can send up to three ships into battle. Finally, the last thing I would like to see added are changes to planes. There should be modern jet fighters added, which cost crystals, and all the WW2 planes should cost coins. There would be different settings for the planes as well, such as escort, where planes will fly along your ship to defend it from incoming fighters/bombers, and attack mode, where your planes will engage enemy ships/planes in an attack. I know this is quite a lengthy review, but as I stated before, this is a great game, and these are just some features I would like to see added.Show lessCustomerofyours
I love this game, couple minor improvements needed
First of all, Fix the fact that MK 45s can destroy my sub when it’s fully submerged. (or fix their trajectory so it’s more realistic)and make the anti cheat system better. Then I’ll rate 5 stars Please fix multiplayer so that you get more money for sinking vessels that the opponent spent more money on. Maybe half of the cost of the opponent’s ship? Reward any crystals spent too please. Also, I recommend a 10 v 10 multiplayer game option be created. That would easily beat World of Warships and if a console version would be created, it would become one of the best naval games in the world! This game feels empty in content
Once you finish all the missions and start farming gold you’re just left with online which at its current state feels dead maybe if you put new modes like survival where you have all the ships in the game come at you (not all at once) but when you destroy them another one comes this could really test the survival of your ship and maybe put bots online when nobody is online it just pointless to build a massive ship and find out this game is lonely my recommendation is to do ads ASAP that’s how I got into this game I played battleship craft before and an ad caught my attention please trust me it will work I really want this game do succeed and make it easier to farm gold because this game really tests your patience it will take months to fully build your own ship and some people don’t want that thank you for reading this I hope you are still active on this game (the developer).Show lessChamoyj720
