From Ads to worse
The ads were horribly intrusive. They came up every 2-5 inputs, so trying to type when searching on my TV with this app was impossible. It was a good app, even with the ads, for quickly going to a movie on my Apple TV account, BUT since the new update, the enter button is now behind the already expensive paywall. The hundreds of ads weren’t enough, apparently. Now, I can’t even use the app to select and start a movie, even if I have to sit through 5 ads after pressing a few buttons.
This app is extremely expensive, by the way, paying up to $5 a WEEK to use your phone as a remote. There’s no way to pay for it indefinitely. The only option is for a subscription to use the app for a certain amount of time. As a software developer, there’s no need to keep charging for such a basic application.

Great for Sony Bravia h950x
Been using this as a backup remote for close to 3 years now. Haven’t really had any issues with syncing at all. Ads were annoying at first but I eventually paid the few dollars to not deal with it and it’s been amazing. Would love if they could add the option for a full keyboard as well ! Please devs take this into consideration! ♥️♥️♥️

App is garbage. Do NOT buy.
First it started as a cheap app to control Sony tvs. It worked fine for about a year back in 2020. Since they’ve completely rebranded, the app frequently forgets your tvs and you have to wait sometimes up to 30 minutes for the app to remember your tv. It does work when reconnecting to the home wifi for atleast 10 minutes. So if you come home and try to turn on the tv? Good luck. You’re better off just using what ever app you want to use. It’s a worthless remote app. Do. Not. Buy. It’s just junk. It takes less time to find your remote, dig it out of the cushions, get out of bed and grab the remote etc than it does to use this worthless app. Use only if drunk and can’t find the remote. Atleast then repeatedly pressing power to turn off the tv will be less infuriating. I’ve already convinced my friends to get cheap replacement remotes in each room over this complete garbage.

Hate these types of apps
Had to download - only to find out it costs money to use …
So many ads & can’t even press OK button
I wanted to like this app and I completely understand having ads but come one. The off button and the OK buttons are premium features. The amount of ads is ridiculous - every few clicks you get an ad. So it takes you way too long to do anything. I had this app years ago and liked it, but at $25/yr to get basic buttons and no ads is a joke - just go to the hardware store and buy a universal remote and save your time and money.
