I am a disabled lady and not only that I have been diagnosed with COPD 2017 there is no CURE AND I AM GOING TO DIE I have four machine 24\7 I have 2 large Oxygen Tanks and 4 small Oxygen Tanks each of them give me 3 hours of Oxygen , my husband is RGN Nurse nearly 30 years and now he is my Nurse now , when my husband goes shopping or out for a couple of hours or to see a friend so I need to be in contact with him when ever he goes out , I have a Apple iPad Pro can remember the size , the 2019 iPad , I need to get through to him if I have a problem or he is shopping or out with etc , so I thought I use FaceTime . Then I read the review not good at all but I still downloaded the app, now you would have thought it would work NOPE IT DID NOT WORK , I TRIED TWICE SO WHY HAVE YOU NOT WORK OUT THE PROBLEM, THIS WAS GOING TO BE MY LIFE LINE , IF I COULD PUT A BIG FAT ZERO I WOULD . WHY HAVE you still not worked out why this app not working
