    Thank y'all so much for fixing that nasty bug! Before, after I updated to iOS 9, I couldn't use my active+! I'm really happy you updated it.

    So I just got the watch and I downloaded the app and everything like that but I did not want to be military time and I want it to be reg hours. So I went to profile and I pressed on 12 hours and saved it then I went to sync it and I synced it but nothing on the watch changed help? And one other question is how do I keep a watch on it after five seconds it keeps turning off is that normal
  • Great app that works but..IOS 9

    It's always worked for me and satisfied my needs, but since the IOS9 update, it hasn't been able to connect. Please get to fixing this immediately.
  • Very Disappointed

    I have had my Nuband Actuv+ for a couple of months. At first the only problem I had was with the app, the writing was is so small I can't read it. But after an update none of the figures make sense. I was told there would be another update to fix the problem. That took a week and nothing has changed. Feeling I wasted my money on Nuband!
  • Complete BS!

    Bought it with low expectations and still was disappointed! The app makes it look like it syncs but doesn't change the time format or switch to imperial system. No options for me to decide to sacrifice battery to have screen visible for more then 5 seconds. I rarely take the time to leave bad reviews but I have never been so shocked that someone thought this was ready to be sold to consumers.
  • Settings won't set right with band

    When setting up the band to use you have to setup your height, age, weight and whether you'd like the band to show a 12-hour display or 24-hour display. After setting the settings and synching the app with the band, for some reason, it doesn't set the band for a 12-hour display, it's sets itself for a 24-hour display! I don't understand why it does this? If someone who's reading this has come across this problem and has fixed it, please share your input/advice as to how you went about fixing it! Thanks

    This app is great and easy to use. I wish I connected with the iPhone health app and I also wish that I could change the time to military but the band is a great price and I've had a great experience with it so far. I'm looking forward to new updates

    I love this app other than the fact that you can't change the military time to 12 hour time.

    Did have a problem Syncing. I was able to sync by holding the iPhone 5 next to the NuBand and then pressing the button on the side of the Nuband. It sync when it has transferred the data it disconnects then view the information on your phone. I am amazed that it has tracked my sleep so well. I had a the Fitbit last year and returned it after 5 days because it didn’t track my sleep and it stop working. The Fitbit wouldn’t charge and before that I could get it to sync and the web site didn’t help. So far I am very happy with the Nuband.

    Keeps telling me right after I synchronize them that it's disconnected and I've tried redownloading and re starting everything you should make this product work for iPhone 6 even tho on the box it says it is
