  • Logging back in is next to impossible.

    Logging into it takes hours of waiting and it’s so slow to update making it almost impossible to use.

    If it would work it would be awesome tool.
  • App doesn’t work

    I can’t even get past the email input just acts like it’s thinking and then doesn’t navigate from that page… y’all need to fix this.
  • What is happening?!!!

    I’m unable to open on my phone now! Has been working fine for months and now it’s not opening?!!! What’s happening developers????!!!
  • Please advise

    I have had text recruit since my last recruiting job and my current recruiting job has the same program integrated with ICIMS. Since switching jobs, the text recruit will not work on my phone. Every time I try to open the app, it closes out. Please help, it was really helpful having access on my phone.

  • Won’t load incoming messages

    My desktop version works great, but my mobile app isn’t functioning well at all! It doesn’t load all the messages and no matter how many times i refresh they aren’t loading! So frustrating!
  • Pre Formed Messages

    Messages that we have saved for information to our candidates do not appear on the mobile app.
  • For the price, it doesn’t live up

    For the price our organization pays for the program it should be functioning much smoother.

    Often times new text messages won’t load on the phone, even though I’ll see them in the browser. To call a candidate, I have to click through more than a couple windows and when I call it uses my carrier number instead of my text recruit number which creates confusion for my candidates.

    Also, let’s be real that the red pallet is jarring. The green was smoother and calming.

  • Great Tool could use a few updates

    1. Separate unread messages from old messages or a filter option
    2. ability to starr candidates from app or drag and drop in a folder
    3. App freezes on a regular basis have to uninstall and reinstall
    4. character limitations not the same for templates online and app have to reduce when sending response from app using template
    5. Cant hear any of the voicemails

  • Suggestion

    Can’t always see unread messages. I have to go to the web version to see those. Can there be an added filter to see particular campaigns?
  • Sorting by user

    We need the ability to sort by TextRecruit user. Managers should be able to sort unread messages by user/recruiter so we can better manage our users.
