Don’t bother
I have tried through the app and online to register but it does not let me register. First it asks for a TIN (tax identification number) for Portugal which tourists don’t have. I tried putting only zeros. No luck. Then it says that user already exists ?? Then when I login it says that credentials are not found. ??? I don’t get the app. Make it easy to pay for tourists. It will benefit the city more which generates another good steady income. Also dont launch the app when there are clearly some issues with it. Make it easy for tourists since 3/5 of Portugals income comes from tourists. There is a lot of potential here so try putting some effort into it. Hire people that can make this happen.Show lesspaokim99
Doesn’t work
I recently traveled to Lisbon and downloaded this app to park. First I could not register. The app kept giving an error. So I had to register on the website. Then on my first day in Lisbon I used it to park successfully. However, every time I tried to use it after this it would just show a spinner icon when I added the time and clicked ok. Most useless app I’ve ever seen
I register. It says ‘utilizador já existente’. I try and login, doesn’t accept password. I try and recover password, it says ‘utilizador não existente’. I meant, an impossible loop.s.griesler

Won’t register, let you login, or allow you to pay your parking ticket. This is the most worthless app I’ve ever attempted to use. It should be removed from the Apple Store.Der Helk

It’s impossible to complete the registration process for this app. I never received an activation code and there is no way to request another one. When I tried to register with a completely new email address, it said it was already in use. Also makes entering a NIF (tax ID) mandatory even for non-PT residents.Show lesssdk20230428
