Crap App = Useless Product
I bought 2 Spin-R devices in 2016 and they were tricky to set up but at least they used to work. Not anymore! One of them has a battery that's starting to bulge; the battery is proprietary so it's probably not replaceable.
The second one works when it wants to.
Bluetooth has trouble finding the device and does not keep a stable connection so it takes a long time to add a new watch.
If I manage to set up a watch, the settings do not always get saved.
CONCLUSION: DO NOT BUY A PRODUCT FROM A COMPANY WITHOUT A PRESENCE IN YOUR COUNTRY. Wish I had never bought them. Total failure to provide ongoing support. App is not ready for use with iOS 14.
The device manual that's in the app is not scaled to fit the screen - too much lateral scrolling is needed. I could not shrink to size, so the diagrams are too big.
The FAQ are limited and don't include many questions a real user might have.
