Strange… it allowed me to log in and chat. Then an agent never came so I tried again and there was a form in Thai to fill out. So no chat. Phone service had no English operators so I sent an email.

OTP doesn’t work. Says it can’t send OTP…. So how am I supposed to use the app?
Can’t even login - Disappointing
Worked fine for a while. Doesn’t work after updates. Can’t login or request OTP. Looking for better service and convenience elsewhere.
Will not allow me to sign up
The app has English and Thai, so that’s good… but it will not accept my passport number, therefore, I cannot create an account. I wanted to use it to ship COD… but it would not work.

No problems for me. Doesn’t need any extra info to find track and trace. Just open the app and enter your number. Simple 👍🏻
Deleted the app
Last update made me remove the app. Asks too much personal information before can continue, even just for tracking.
