Great potential, really laggy.
I love this game, and used to be really scary when I first played it. It wasn’t laggy and it was not sensitive; so I could easily touch the screen. But when I downloaded it this time to replay the game..(I loved it so much I had to replay it!).. it would not go past the name screen. I couldn’t type my name or do anything. I felt really disappointed, I thought it was because of the phone I have which is the latest one; and since the game was created quite the long time ago; it wasn’t going to run smoothly; I later realized my problem happened to others to. I really hoped this game gets fixed because it was one if the best searching games I ever played! Please fix this!Show lessPlease, Please Fix!
Cannot use touch screen
The touch response on the app isn’t working nor can I skip the entrance scene. The grim tales games are amazing; there are just a few like this one that are quite literally unplayable, which is a pity because I really like them.
Other games I have the same issues include Suspect and Color of Fright of the grim tales series.
Im hoping these issues can be fixed. Also I will let you know that I have deleted and reloaded all of the apps to see if that was the issue sadly it was not.Show lessMarluxia19
Something is very very wrong
Cannot get past even typing my name in. And apparently it’s been about two years you’ve had complaints but no solution. Wow. That’s bad.Margaritama
Won’t work
I couldn’t tell you how many daily deal games wouldn’t work after I downloaded them the beginning starts fine but when I go to type my name nothing happens. I’ve contacted support but by the time they respond the game is no longer on sale and they don’t try to do anything to help after the fact they have the worst customer support.Show lessloyalrocks
I can’t play
I can’t play the game at all. I can’t even type in my player name. That is the furthest I could get. Deleted it. Luckily I didn’t buy it right away.Anisunny
Can’t get past player name select
The touch screen does not respond at all when I launch the game, and also your stupid ads keep popping up multiple times and are the only thing I can interact with.Monika Lasangue

I’d love to play
Having downloaded this game awhile ago a was concerned about not getting past the name input screen. I put it down to the new updates we’ve had. But then I read that this problem has been a year and a half in the making with no resolution? I found a few other games from this developer that do the same thing. It shows a lack of respect for their customers and their own work.Show lessmaggyjames

I love this game I've played it thru a bunch of times but not I am having trouble getting the game to respond nothing will work , I can't even type my name in to get it to start !Bzhjsbebzikevdj;)
Waste of Time
I was really excited to play this, but I can't even get past the name page. You can touch the entire screen and nothing happens. It was a waste of time to download this app.marmar1217
