Great APP
My grandson who has speech delay is absolutely loving this program. Keep him interested and focused on his task.
Reading Specialist
Games are engaging and well-targetted, but to support what your βEarly Educationβ reviewer has said, children should first be introduced to the letter sounds using lower case letters.
Nice app for practicing early phonics
The best thing about this app is that it gives kids a chance to practice a narrow set of early phonics skills in a variety of ways
Variety of activities
I like there are several different activities involving letters from tracing to sounding out. My only complaint is the illustrations when tracing letters seem to be random...it would of been better if they started with the letter that is being traced.
Teacher
While the game activities are at a suitable level for the age group it is a shame they use letter names instead of letter sounds. It is also a shame the games start with upper case rather than lower case letters. Phonics for beginning readers should start with letter sounds associated with lower case letters not letter names associated with upper then lower case letters.

Flowery Rosey
Great app! I will use with the children I work with to build on their communication skills!
Bev White a Grandmother
My 3 yr old grandson has autism and this app is a breeze for him. He figured it out himself and I let him choose for himself what he wants to do with it. Great app!
You won't find a better app
The best learning app I've found!!
We are loving the Alligator apps
My child was ready to move on from simple letter and number cognition, but not quite ready to write. These apps are a terrific addition to our preschool skills. My child loves the graphics for writing in the Little Writer app, identifying sounds in the sound cards, and playing the many concentration games randomized for letters, shapes, numbers and more. I love how he draws his fingers along interesting icons, such as a tractor on the hay bales, to correctly form letters. We are having some problems with the sound recognition, as there have been times where he is given a /k/ sounds with the choices, k, c , and q. Overall, these are terrific apps for preschoolers and Kindergarteners working on basic skills.
