Can’t even load the issue
Hi, after several attempt to reach app support, all failing as websites are down, maybe this will establish a connection. Your latest issue of August 21 is not loading - after reaching 100 percent it’s stuck on endless “processing”. Yes, I tried on more than one iPad, several times for days on end, same behavior. While you’re at it, your App support link isn’t working, and neither the Surveymonkey that’s monkeying as real data collection page. Sad.Show lessPapusoi

Every new App update brings more errors and failure to open. Spend your money elsewhere on something that actually just works. Simple really.Supernelly

Compared to other digital magazines this is really easy and intuitive to use. The presentation and actual content is great too, I just need to find £5k down the back of the sofa for the bike I want.Jesamy
