I also signed up for the seven day free trial. Canceled my subscription within two hours of signing up was duplicate charged 2995 on the same day have submitted three request tickets for a refund and have yet to receive any response. Forgot password link is not working (page cannot be found) via the email sent and when a search is performed in the app it closes out on iPhone 13 pro.Pink1966
App well made, but, terrible service
I had a 2 day subscription and was expecting it not to be a recurring charge, however it immediately billed me for a monthly membership! I tried to cancel but StudyMode would keep my money and not give me the rest of the month after cancelation! I had to wait till the last day of subscription to cancel. When I did cancel, they offered me a 40% discount to comeback, AFTER I left their service! Such terrible business practice!Show lessVande9988
