Device useless without this app
Today I had a response from my review 3 years after my review!! Would never buy anything from this company again!!!!

Hi Mio Customer, Check the device model if has WiFi function and the device's WiFi setting is turned on. Check if other cellphone is connected on the device. Try to forget the password from your cellphone and reconnect it again. Try to restart your phone or reinstall the APP.
