Please fix this app so I don't have to keep logging into the website to view information. Why have an app if it is not going to work?Morenar76
Unable to use. Closes out
First time using this app. I was able to download, I am able to log in. But once I do, it closes out. I am not able to use it at all. Is there something being fixed?This is all wrong
Cannot even see information
App doesn't work at all. Every time we open the App, use one of the menu options, it turns black (crashes) immediately. This app does me no good in helping my children stay on top of homework or me with making payments.Reddmonkey

I only use this app to make payments to my son's daycare/pre k so I don't have experience with any other functions besides the 'Billing.' That being said, making the payments is easy enough but it doesn't update to show what is actually owed. It always says I owe the full amount, when I make partial payments. It should update to reflect the amount paid and what the remainder then is.Show lessEat paste

Can't Use After iPhone iOS 10 Update
I have an iPhone 5C, and the Headmaster app worked like a charm and was very useful until... I downloaded Apple's iOS -10 update. Now Headmaster can't function. The app cut of one of my child's class subjects so that I couldn't access it. I deleted and RE-installed the app, and now I can't even sign in. The sign-in page banner cuts off the email or user name line, going straight to password, but denies access after password is entered. My password is correct, and still works on the Headmaster portal website when I utilize a desktop computer instead. Right now, for me, the phone app is toast. I gave 3 stars because the app previously was very good, but now it is unusable until fixed. Once this glitch is fixed, I will give it 5 stars and recommend it to friends, but not as it is right now. Also, in the future I would like to see the app allow parents to communicate directly with each teacher using a simple messaging feature.Show lesspapabear960
Needs update
Not compatible with new IOS 10 update. I couldnt see one of my child's grade so I deleted and reinstalled, now I can't log in at all because I can't access the my sign on. Please update !sasie401

As stated by others, I can no longer see both kids names & cant select my son! It's his grades I watch like a hawk. This is such a great app & essential tool for parents. I need it! Please update.frustratedmomreporting
