Been using the app since released with no issues, after this update I cant login anymore with MyID and I am asked to reLink account, where the link between MyID and RYA Dashboard is lost.
Please fix, this is not good at all, I do all my transactions on the app.Mario.Foster

Considering the quality of the apps that the RTA have released in the past I am shocked that this app is useless as I can’t even login.maidenstrat

The most useless app ever.
In the old version with the old design, it is not possible to extend your parking tickets, nor to pay for a new parking ticket. You have to wait 5-7 minutes in order to pay for a new ticket and in the meantime this is the reason why I got over few hundreds aed(dirhams) of fine every month 😡. The agents don’t even let the users a window of 10-15min to renew the ticket, they fine them straight away.
When I contact the customer service via the chat (which works terribly bad), they completely don’t care. Making an appeal will never work anyway...
And guys seriously, you spend a lot of money to change the whole design of the app, but if it doesn’t let the user to log in, what’s the point ???😡 Do I have to expect to get more fines ? And what’s the point for me to put money into my account if I cannot use it to pay my parking ???😡😡😡

البرنامج تعبان جدا وكل تحديث اسوء ذي قبله
فمثلاً التحديثات السابقه كان يفتح لي كل شي بمجرد الدخول كزائر وعند تسجيل دخولي بحسابي الخاص بعد انتظار 5 دقايق يظهر لي مربع ويقلي تأكد من اتصالك
اما حاليا ولايظهر لي اي تفاصيل سواءً الدخول كزائر او الدخول بحسابي يقلي اتاكد من اتصالك بالنت
ارجو من RTA-D تحسين واصلاح التطبيق
