We are so sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty in logging in to the myCBN app. To help us better understand the issues you are having, could you please answer the following questions and send them to tech@cbn.org. The questions are: 1) What type of phone do you have? (ex. iPhone 8 Plus), 2) What version of iOS are you using?, 3) What version of the myCBN app are you running (we are currently at 2.91), 4) Please provide us with your first name, last name, email address, and identify your issue as "myCBN Login Trouble" in the subject line. For tech support, you can click the menu button that looks like a 3 paralleled horizontal lines on the upper left side of the app then click "Help" and you could post your inquiry on the comment section below. If you are having issues with the app, you can also email us at tech@cbn.org and share the Apple device type and model version along with the OS version and any other details that you think might be helpful and we will try to troubleshoot the issue.
