Looked ok. Then I saw the monthly fees. I just wanted a purchased not pay per month service. No place for actual tenant suites, sizes or notes about each lease.

I have this app for 2 days now.. it's not the best one by desigh.. a little dull without extra nice features as option to send rent receipts, store document images and edit names of units. what's great is the option to share info with wife or business partners. but for $9 a month service fee it's a little too much for a toy... I would pay $20 annually.. no more..

Access is blocked to the website due to threat Mal/HTMLGen-A found on the site. You cannot import your database from the original phone based app to the cloud version. Requests for support have previously been ignored.
The concept is great and I still use the phone app. Support and backup is unfortunately non existent even though they advertise contact details. I would love to hear from them.

I can track my rent and expenses everywhere. Must have!
2years but still the same
another GREAT idea: cloud sync, but it's the same app with the same bugs & crashes. These people keep thinking 'bigger&better' but continually fail to address the basic failures of the app.
Must have for landlords!
Finally access your data anywhere from any device or computer. Nice updated user interface too.
