I still use this app for my event planning There is nothing more frustrating than trying to plan an event, and get everyone to agree on a date. The numerous phone calls and emails can drive a person crazy.

Very Poorly Designed-Not for Mac Environment
Had great hopes for this ever since TimeBridge disappeared. But sadly this is a work in progress and will need lots of progress to be useable. The bad thing it looks like it could be useable but the devil is in the details. And the details are where this falls down. For instance cannot use this fully on your desktop. Kind of works on iOS but not really. What happens if you the meeting dates/times are not good for anybody? Editing is a pain plus it keeps the old meeting (unless you delete and make a new one confusing your team). Oh since you are on a Mac you cannot click a button to send reminders/poll your team re: the new meeting. Copy and paste the link to a new email. You might as well just phone them. The best I can say is they refunded our money quickly.Show lessembers52
Horrible app - check out “vyte” - negative 5 stars for product and service
Needtomeet’s app is not simple because it often does not work, many of my customers have complained that they were not able to access and or see all the times I listed. The interface is not customizable for my business and has too much of Needtomeet’s name all over it and not mine. It also causes my computer to crash regularly. If you want to see what a quality product with far superior service check out “vyte.”
Needtomeet had the opportunity to make the issues right with me, but instead, they sent me their terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are one thing, but good business is what sperate the winners and the losers. If Needtomeet wants customers to stick around while you improve their product they need to be sympathetic and help find a solution for their customers not show them their legal terms and conditions to coop out on their product failure to meet needs.Show lessBJM21
Fix this App! It does not work!
Something is wrong with this App. I go to log in and it won't recognise my details. I put in my email address to retrieve my password and it says no email address found or account with this email address.
I then go to re-register and it says my email address is already used.
Cannot do anything else. No menu to choose from. When I go out of the App and back in, the same screen is there and back to square one: cannot log in. When I switch phone off and then on and open App, the same thing happens, won't recognise my details..Show lessPeterWilliam

More work needed but some good features
What I like about this app is the visibility attendees have of meeting updates and status of other attendees. However the meeting confirmation process is cumbersome, and differences between the app and web client are confusing, for Instance once meeting date is confirmed attendees are able to change their available dates. The final meeting invite is then sent from your local calendar. It would also be preferable if when attendees are indicating their available dates they could see who has been invited (only available once users have responded.Show lessLerwick
