Inoperable, buttons/forum stop working halfway, phone number input most confused. Buy a bus ticket physically in advance!
Non funziona, non scaricate
Un’azienda gestita da boomer incapaci che invece di investire i soldi se li pappano come da buon italiano che si rispetti. Non sanno creare un app o non esistono in italia aziende digitali che sappiano sviluppare un app decente.
Comunque gli autobus non passano mai in orario e se passano sono pieni e se riuscite a salire il biglietto non lo paga nessuno ne lo controlla nessuno. Compratevece la droga coi soldi che fate meglio.

Semplicemente da cancellare e rifare da capo.

The app is not in English and I can’t get it to register me without an Italian phone number. So I can’t buy tickets online. Useless!
Drivers don’t stop
Your drivers like to drive past stops with plenty of people waiting, tickets in hand, actively running toward your busses. This has happened more than once. Why?
Worst public transport app I have ever used
Time tables won’t load. It took me an hour and a half to find the bus schedule. A shocking misuse of public funds.
Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work for me with the foreign phone number. It is slow. Why is it hard to make a nice working app taking into account that many tourists visit Rome? And also having an app reduces paper waste.

Nothing works, it doesn't accept other european phone numbers, the information for the bus is unclear, this app is the worse transportation app I've ever seen

No Ticket Quantity
There is no option to order more than one ticket at a time.
