It’s been improved - finally
After more than a year just trying to get the app to open, I’m in! It is working okay and the interface is easy to navigate. I do find it VERY strange that it doesn’t work (stream live) when I’m only two hours away from home. I don’t really need it that much when I'm in the same room as my TV! 😉
Waste of an app
‘Streaming not available when away from your home network’ What’s the point? The user interface is poorly designed and often doesn’t work.
Worst TV App
I always have a problem logging on to watch something from my phone. Have reinstalled the app too many times to count. It will work temporarily and then will have troubles the next time you try to use it. Not worth your time to download.
Operating the TIVO SYSTEM IS HORRIBLE
The ease of navigating TIVO IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT- BLUE ridge needs to follow ATT OR SPECTRUM, FAR AND ABOVE BETTER THAN BR- suggest BR get better software ASAP. The frustration LEVEL IS OVER THE TOP. FEEL SORRY FOR THE FOOD CALL CENTER PEOPLE WHO ALONG WITH THE CUSTOMERS SPEND

Useless
I can no longer access any of my recorded shows. It says that there is a network problem, but there is no way to diagnose or fix the problem via the app or the TIVO box. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, but still no use. 😡
Disappointed
I like to watch cable on my phone when I am not home. This app DOESNT WORK! Fix it! What do I pay you for. Should take my business somewhere else
Awful
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. Never works, keeps saying try again, utterly useless! For the $ we pay for this service, you would think we’d have the industry’s gold standard. BRC is lucky there is no competition.

Given that there have been no updates in a year, my guess is it hasn’t been updated to handle the newest iOS.
