Freezes in background
App freezes in background and becomes out of sync with MyRun treadmill. The treadmill keeps going and time is right but on the app it’s frozen and out of date. Doesn’t always happen but seems to be happening often with recent update(s). Silly that I can’t multitask while walking on treadmill with iPad. This treadmill was over $4k please fix this is stupid for something this pricey.Show lessDeveloper Response

Subscribing to the plus services is frustrating. Technogym live doesn’t recognize my subscription even with restoring my purchase. Apple Watch connection constantly dropped by app. I use a chest strap and I don’t have that issue. I like the quality of the treadmill but with all the frustration with the app in hindsight I would have chosen a different brand treadmill. have a myrun, and you need to be connected to the equipment to see the different programmed runs, which is frustrating.
Love Technogym and the myrun is the best treadmill I’ve had without a doubt, Technogym is great and this app is great with the one little issue.Developer Response
