  • Glitchy and unusable

    Constantly gets stuck in a loop of “no network connection” even though the network I’m on is perfectly fine. Also get the “session timed out” error while I’m ordering. This causes it to reload the app. Then you’re stuck trying to get back to where you left off and this app only has the ability to show about 5 items before it has to load the next few items. Overall this app will make your life very frustrating when trying to place a food order. 6 years with no updates is unacceptable. It’s the 21st century people use technology for tasks like this. Get with the times.

  • Outdated, difficult to use, spitefully slow

    Performance Food Group desperately needs to update this app. Consistently cannot complete orders, have items not actually add to cart, and the filtering option is horrendous. Good luck to those of us forced to use this almost decade old app.
  • A very rubbish piece of app.

    It's a waste of time to use this App and submit orders.The interface is not friendly.
  • Very glitches… at its best

    In a tech world …. over 5 long year this app is considering obsolete. Yet we(as customers) require to use this to do business with them, (giving them the money). Imagine all the additional order this app could bring if it only the app work as well other; us foods, Sysco..ect.. but no. You have this app that kick you out while you ordering, closed unexpectedly when you trying to summit an order. The default search filter is just plain stupid.

  • Worst supplier app ever

    The menus are so unnavigable. None of it is intuitive. Like a sloppy android app with no thought to UI. SAD.
  • Terrible app

    It’s not intuitive at all and is very hard to navigate even if you’re tech savvy. I don’t understand how big corporations will waste money to make such a terrible app.
  • Great idea, doesn't work!

    I have it and can't even log in. My user code and password is correct too. It just say general error trying to contact the server. Id love to see it work some time. Would be awesome putting in the order on my iPad as I go. Make it work!
  • Needs work

    I'm glad they finally have an app, but it was unusable for me. Response time to selecting menu items was lethargic. I gave up and switched back to using my mobile browser. US Foods has had an app for some time(it also needs work), but at least it is usable. Please work on an update.
